Our Rules

These rules are established to ensure respect among players, seeking to guarantee individual rights and duties so that a game is fair, healthy and fun. Ignorance of them does not exempt you from the responsibility of not complying with them.

General

1. It is not allowed to use external programs or apply modifications to the client (Modification of the client will be permanent ban).
2. It is not allowed to offer or promote the use of games other than Guabina.
3. It is not allowed to take advantage of bugs (game errors for personal gain) and if it is discovered, your duty as a user is to inform a member of the STAFF (Mod, GM, SGM, TM, ADM) of its existence.
4. Possession of non-implemented items (to be acquired) in the game is not allowed. The penalty for having illegal items in an account will be a permanent ban on it.
5. Complaints go via Support or ticket, otherwise they will not be valid.
6. Game accounts are personal and non-transferable.
7. In the case of bans to associated accounts, we clarify that the search for accounts associated with an offending account will be through EMAIL and IP ADDRESS.
8. In the case of bans where you specify that they are applied with aggravations, they will last twice as long as related to the normal sanction.

The Accounts

1. Any type of trade through Guabina accounts is prohibited. Either purchase / sale of accounts for coins / yang / items / real money or exchange for other servers. The sanction will be a permanent ban on said account and 21 days on all associated accounts. In the event that a low level is used for the purchase / sale of an account, the sanction will be a permanent ban on all accounts.
2. For reasons of new entry, it is not allowed to create accounts with special characters (only letters or numbers).
3. The maximum level to delete a game character for players is 89.
4. Sharing an account is not reliable, since by doing so you make yourself totally responsible for everything that is done with it. (We clarify that this point does not refer only to theft, it can also be due to possible bans to associates)
5. The security of your PC against Viruses that steal your data are your sole responsibility; as well as making connections from Cyber Cafes or from third-party PCs whose security is unknown.
6. In case of theft, the Staff can take charge. With a maximum of 2 weeks since it was carried out. In case the staff considers that there are doubts in the case, they do not have the obligation to help in the case (This does not include scams in real money stores).
7. NEVER send files from the folders created when the game was installed, under any circumstances.

The Names

1. The use of names related to the members of the STAFF is allowed (as long as they are not disrespectful). But it is not allowed to use such nicknames for scams and / or deceptions. The sanction will be permanent ban to the offending account and associates.
2. The use of names in characters, stores, or unions that have racist, xenophobic, homophobic, insults, adult content, or any offense towards other players is not allowed.
2.1 In the case of Names of characters with inappropriate names:
- If the character is lower than level 89, the Staff may act by giving a random name to his character.
- If the character is level 90 or higher, the staff will notify the player by means of a 72 hour account lockout that he must communicate via Discord with a member of the Staff to adjust the new name. In the event that you do not do it after 72 hours, the ban will become Permanent.
2.2 In the case of Guilds with inappropriate names:
- The leader will be notified by the Staff through a 24 hour account lock; which, once completed, will grant another 72 hour period to eliminate said guild, or all the characters associated with the leader and the members of the guild will be permanently banned.
NOTE1: If someone who has previously been sanctioned for this relapses into the same, a permanent sanction will be applied directly.
3. No nickname change is made, unless said nick has problems in its operation within the game, for example, special characters or as indicated in points 2 / 2.1 of this rule.

Behavior

3.1. In-game communication must be acceptable at all times.
3.2. Defamation of any member of the Staff without proof will be grounds for Ban. The time of this ban will last as long as the user takes to present the evidence of their accusations. Only an ADM will take such tests and analyze the ban time or if it unban the user.
3.3. It is forbidden to impersonate a staff member and / or claim that you were a GM and that you still have access to some staff power, as well as claiming that you have friends on the Staff that can help you perpetrate acts of any kind. The sanction will be a permanent ban on all your accounts.
3.4. Any type of lack of respect is prohibited, either towards a user or a member of the STAFF, said fouls will be classified as minor fouls or serious fouls and the time of sanction of said fouls will have the following specifications:
3.5. Slight faults:
They are the insults that, due to their repetition and / or discriminatory nature, make it totally reprehensible. Ex: Fagot, whore, asshole, bastard, trolo, transvestite, son of a bitch, I fuck your mother, bastard, whore, bitch, etc.
> 1st time: Mute in game for 1 day
> 2nd time: Mute in game for 3 days
> 3rd time: Mute in game for 7 days
> 4th time: Mute in game for 14 days
> + 5th time: Mute in game for 30 days
3.6. Serious offenses:
Among these offenses are xenophobic insults (discriminatory, racist content), pornographic (sexual content, but not sexual insults such as: dirty whore, since this would be a minor offense) and real life threats.
> 1st time: 7 days to the offending account
> 2nd time: 15 days to the offending account
> 3rd time: 30 days to the offending account
> 4th time: Permanent the offending account and the associated ones
NOTE 1: All abbreviated insults are BANEABLE, depend on the context and will be classified as Minor or Serious.
NOTE2: When the insults are directed at members of the Staff in their condition of authority within the game, it is considered an aggravating factor to the insult, and the sanction will be double the time, within the classification of fouls.
NOTE3: If the SGM / TM / ADM considers it, it may exercise a more severe sanction in certain cases of serious offenses, such as sexual harassment in the game.
NOTE4: Any macho behavior such as: sending a woman to the kitchen or any similar offense will be considered a serious offense and the sanction will be considered by the staff.
4. APPROACH TO THE EXISTENCE OF SEVERAL OFFENSES OF DIFFERENT TYPES: When a GM or SGM ban an account, and observe other types of sanctions for other types of insults in the Bans history, this new sanction should not be accumulated to those of different levels or category (slight or serious), that is, if, for example, the player has two slight insults, and the new insult is serious for the first time, the latter will be considered as the 1st time within his new category (serious) as corresponds to the case.

Scams

How do we define in Guabina scam?
We define it as the ACTION of tricking someone to take away something like: Object, Item, Game Account, Accessories, Weapons.
In this case, the player must prove with in-game evidence (raw screenshots or good resolution videos) that the scammer has tricked him into taking an object, such as when they hand over an object and do not receive it. agreed. These exchanges, sales or trades, must be with Yang, won or with exchange of game objects. At no time will the Staff intervene for the value of internal trade and at no time will tests such as external conversations to the game be taken into account (Skype, chats, messenger, Facebook, etc).
In all cases of fraud, you must provide very clear and conclusive evidence, without any type of editing, following the rules for delivering evidence (section 7, evidence submitted by players) in order to punish players who perform this act.
4.1. Attempted scam (without the scam being carried out). Attempting to steal items / yang / won through a scam is considered an Attempt to Scam. NOTE1: It will be considered a scam attempt to sell old energy crystals (which no longer work).
NOTE2: In the case of different prices in a store for the same type of items, it is considered scam ONLY if the price difference between 1 item and another is made in such a way as to cheat the buyer. If you have 5 rings, and you have 3 to 1 won and 2 to 3 won, it is not considered a scam. Another example, if you have a store for 7 won 1 change, and another change is sold at 10.15, blah; not considered scam. These cases will be debated by the members of the Staff. The guidelines for making complaints about this are in section # 8: THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED BY PLAYERS 8.6. and 10.
NOTE3: Attempting to steal by tricking them into sending you game files will be PERMANENTLY sanctioned to all the thief's accounts

5. Robos
5.1 Theft cases (not for real money) can be solved by talking to an ADM via Discord. You must provide very clear and convincing evidence, without any type of editing, following the rules for submitting evidence (section 7, evidence submitted by the players). Only cases will be reviewed with a maximum of 1 week from the theft.
Penalty for theft:

Illegal Advantages

5.1 The use of external programs (hacks, bots, scripts ... etc) is prohibited
> 1st time: 30 days for the offending account and 21 days for the associated accounts
> 2nd time: Permanent the offending account and 30 days the associated accounts.
NOTE1: In the event that the use of external programs is carried out in a group, the sanction will be applied to ALL the members of the group.
NOTE2: It is mandatory to answer MP during the leveling, to rule out possible uses of AFK hacks / macros. Or at least get off the pony and throw a skill, or use an emoticon; something that shows that you are there and not AFK.
NOTE3: The use of AFK macros will be punishable in the same way
NOTE4: From 02/15/21, the simple fact of being AFK without using macro (that is, only leaving the space pressed or some similar action) WILL NOT BE SANCTIONING
NOTE5: The use of macro to SPAMEAR things is also considered as use of external programs for which the same sanction will be applied
5.2 The promotion / sale of illegal hacks / bots / pages is FORBIDDEN. The sanction for breaching this rule will be:
> 1st time: Permanent to the offending account and 15 days to the associated accounts.

Evidence Presented by Players

8.1. To make complaints, it must be only via ticket with the following specifications:
8.2. The EDITED evidence in complaints will permanently ban the complainant.
8.3. Duplicate tests will not be used against the offending user, since this infraction has already been sanctioned.
8.4. The test can be up to 7 days old. (It will be looked at by the date under the minimap).
8.5. Photo
* It must be a complete capture, without clipping.
* It must have a good resolution.
* No type of edition is allowed, if the edition is in order to incriminate someone, the sanction will be for the complainant, and not for the accused.
* The name of the server and the date / time must be visible. (They are under the mini-map).
* If it is a conversation:
> By mp: The full MP must be seen or at least the context of the conversation understood.
> Generally: The context of the conversation must be understood.
NOTE1: Complaints in cases of insults will only be accepted if the complainant is the one affected in said test. We will not accept complaints from people outside the insult (third parties).
8.6. Video
* It must have a good resolution.
* The complete client must be recorded. We do not accept cropped / zoomed videos.
* Nicknames must be visible.
* The name of the server and the date / time must be visible. (They are under the mini-map).
8.7. In case of Bugear mobs of room, minimum 30 seconds of video and that is very obvious.
8.8. In the case of Leveo Hack / Macro AFK, it must have a minimum duration of 4 minutes. In the case of a GM who makes the report, the video will have a minimum duration of 1 minute 30 seconds. In the video, the player must be spoken to (by MP) to verify that he is not there.
8.9. In the case of other types of Hack, you simply have to see the hack clearly.
9. Reports for skill bugs (Effective 11/17/18)
Only videos will be accepted, with a minimum duration of 25 seconds. At startup, there should be at least 8 seconds until the bug occurs.
From now on, in the complaint videos there will be 2 sections:
In case your (whistleblower) uses an ability, there should be a 5-second time lapse between the end of the animation of your ability, you move and you finally receive the damage from the enemy (the reported one) in the place where you were
In case of being in a populated city / fight, the time period increases to 6 seconds minimum.
10. In the case of stores with the same items at different prices (In force since 10/2/19):
It should always be reported with a video. The duration will not be considered in these cases.
In the video it should be clearly seen:
The mini map with the server and the date.
The name of the seller.
You clicking on the store (having the store closed previously), seeing how it opens to verify that that person is the one who really has the items.
Hover the mouse over ALL the items in the store, to see the price of the items there are.

Interaction Staff - Players

Donations

10.1. The donation through (get coins) which is not mandatory. In the event that a player voluntarily decides to donate to the Server, they will receive virtual coins or coins in exchange, which they can use to purchase items in the Item Shop, whose objects acquired in this way can be (in some cases) tradable between players , provided that such trade is done for Yang, won or by bartering of game objects that the parties involved decide.
10.2. The attempted scam during donations (Coins) is totally punishable PERMANENTLY, both of the offending account, and the associated accounts; this subject is delicate and therefore only the ADMs deal with it.
10.3. The purchase / sale of coins between players is legal, but we do not take care of scams.
10.4 REFUND. The refund is when a user makes a donation and once the coins are spent, the payment is withdrawn. Said action entails an indefinite sanction to the offending account and associates. For unbanning, you will have to contact ADM Doking via discord and donate the amount that was deposited from the beginning. The second time by REFUND there is no unbanning possible
10.5. The claim of coins for problems with the system, goes through MP to the ADM Doking in Discord
Said claim must contain the following information:
- Date of donation.
- Recharge method.
- ID of the account where you have recharged.
- Amount recharged.
- Recharge invoice
- Country from which you have recharged.
Only by answering the above questions and sending the answers by MP in Discord to Doking, your situation related to coins will be resolved within a period of 1 to 5 days. In case you are not answered in 3 days, insist again.
